Happy New Year! Here’s to all the great things to come in 2013!

Happy new year! 2012 was a wonderful year, and it’s all because I worked with some amazing people and made some new friends. Really, it is! I thrive off of creating new and beautiful imagery and all of you have made that possible. If it weren’t for creative and fun couples planning gorgeous weddings, clients trusting me with their newborn babies, dedicated friends who volunteer their time and brave the crappy weather, or a patient boyfriend who waits for me to capture that perfect light during a trip, I wouldn’t have been able to create some of my favorite photos to date. So thank you!

To see some of my favorite photos from 2012, head over to my Facebook Page. I want to make your favorites available for print (except the people shots), so tell me what you like!

So, what’s to expect for Tracie Howe Photography in 2013?

No, I’m not pregnant, but I know a few of you who are! Can’t wait for those newborn shoots!  I have some fun weddings and other shoots coming up, including a wedding at the Seattle Aquarium, which I’m super excited about. I’ve been feeling pretty inspired lately, so I’m hoping for a lot more personal projects. I’m expecting to take a nice big trip at some point in the year, which is always a good opportunity for travel photos! I’ve also pushing for a much Greener business, which some of you may know. This of course includes all of my usually extensive reusing and recycling of things, but I’ve added a few more options for environmentally conscious couples.

That’s about all I can say for now, so let’s hope it’s a good year. I wish all the best for you and yours for 2013. Here’s to all the great things to come in the new year!
