Following my last post of “best of portraits” is MY personal best of Seattle weddings shots of 2013. I didn’t really do any destination weddings this year, and I actually stayed pretty close to home for every single one, with the exception of a friend’s wedding. So, every one of these is strictly my best photography of Seattle weddings, aside from the one. I photographed part of that one in Virginia, but I love that shot with her mom, so I had to include it. Anyway, as much as I enjoy photographing destination weddings, or San Juan Islands weddings, it was a nice change of pace to drive only a few minutes to reach each one near downtown Seattle.
I include engagements in this best of list, because I consider them to be the extended version of a wedding story. I also LOVE many of my engagements from last year and want to share them again. Some of which I haven’t shared anywhere yet.
Again, it was very difficult to narrow down my favorites to a reasonable amount, while trying not to include too many from one wedding or engagement session. However, given the variety of some weddings and engagements, there were just too many good ones. Anyway, I’ll let you see them for yourselves, in no particular order (in fact, in a very random order). It was a really great year! Let’s hope for another one!
